Brand Integration Consultant


Job Purpose:

The position isresponsible for CBAsponsorship activation and social media channel managementto support building Caterpillar brand awareness and overallreputation. The position requires daily interaction with all levels ofmarketing and communications management, as well as managers of various otherfunctional teams regionally and at corporate HQ to engage them to promote theCaterpillar brand and create values to all businesses under the corporatebrand.

Jobduties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the China sports sponsorshipprogram

  • Engagewith external and internal partners to plan the activation of the sponsorshipprogram

  • Executethe activation plan for sponsorship program: manage events, advertisement,merchandised products and other sponsorship related programs

  • Managethe content for the sponsorship program brand and marketing channels such aslanding page, social platforms

  • Coordinatewith BU marketing and dealer representatives to improve customer experience andloyalty

  • Workwith Data Analytics to accurately measure the effectiveness of the sponsorship

  • Manage Caterpillar social media service account

  • Set content strategy for service account and conduct sociallistening of all digital channels

  • Strengthen WeChat program to improve customer experience, supportdriving sales, and build loyalty

  • Take part inChina social media governance initiative and ensure theservice account is fully compliant

  • Ensure theintegration of Caterpillar's own social media/digital program/website acrossall BU with the media plan

  • Drivegreater engagement with all internal partners (GGCA, BD, HR, BU marketing).

  • Manage allinternal and external vendors to make sure the work done correctly andefficiently

  • Support toacquire new customers and sales leads generation through campaign promotion

  • Demonstrateexpertise on brand knowledge and project plan management. Communicateeffectively of the brand knowledge and key brand messages, brand guidelines,social media and digital marketing architecture with internal and externalaudience



  • 10years workexperience in sports marketing, advertising, or brand management functions,with strong project management skills, and good communication and presentationskills.

  • Good human relationsskills are required to develop a collaborative/cooperative work relationshipwith others inside and outside the business unit.

  • The position should haveproven leadership skills and demonstrated abilities to work in a matrix,fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent written andoral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
