VCA Bering Sea Animal Hospital, an AAHA accredited 3 doctor small animal practice is looking for a full time customer service representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who can multi task with ease, is exceptional when it comes to customer service and has a passion for animals. Job duties include appointment scheduling, greeting clients, directing patient flow, computer invoicing & record keeping, reminder calls for scheduled appointments, and cashiering clients at check out. Our hospital is open Monday thru Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 8am-5pm, Must be 18 years old to apply

All CSR candidate's must be proficient in multi line phones, basic computer skills and able to work alone, as well with others. All that apply must have a friendly and helpful attitude and the ability to thrive in a team setting is required of all team members who apply. Prior veterinary CSR experience a plus but not required, we are willing to train on the job.
