Position Summary

The candidate will become a member of the NCR Digital Transformation Team responsible for global implementation and activities of a specified roll out team for the Oracle Cloud Fusion / Field Service Cloud applications. This organization partners with IT and NCR Services Field Operations to architect world class, end-to-end IT solutions spanning functional areas such as Incident Creation, Remote Support, Incident Management, Field Operations, and Parts Logistics. This organization works closely with other IT Services organizations to perform global systems integration.

Candidates should have experience in delivering services and understand the linkage of Field Operations to the current NCR Services Systems. NCR’s Service Delivery environment will be a single global instance of Oracle Cloud Fusion. The application footprint includes the following Oracle CRM modules: Advanced Scheduler, Field Service, Spares Management, and existing Service Logistics modules.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Work closely with other members of the NCR Services Design & Engineering Team to implement a multi-functional business solution.

  • Assist with the completion of the design documentation where applicable in each roll out for country and statutory specific requirements.

  • Responsible for assigned portions of the roll out schedule and to work with region/country counterparts to ensure the activities are performed and instituted.

  • Responsible for all roll out specific unit testing and unit test data creation efforts and coordination/support with the testing teams.

  • Ensure applications, process, and programs are consistently and globally implemented.

  • Establish strategies for assigned programs areas (such as software platforms, service implementation or end user processes)

  • Coordinate activities with NCR management and project managers.

  • Act as a leader/expert with accountability to mentor team members.

  • Coordinate with Services Track Leads and team members on functional area requirements, resolving outstanding intra and cross- team issues, and ensuring work plan deliverables and tasks are met within deadlines.

  • Responsible for issue identification and resolution, status reporting at the team lead level, and scope development/management.

  • Responsible for cutover task management as assigned.

  • Work directly with the IT Services on cutover list and activities/plan.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree or business-related experience with technical background.

  • 5+ years of Customer Service Delivery experience.

  • Strong understanding of current Field Service Delivery processes and systems.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Strong English written and oral communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, customer focused.

  • Strong team orientation.

  • Ability to deal with multiple cultures and regional differences.

  • Ability to travel globally as needed.

Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge of Oracle Field Service structure preferred.

  • Functional and technical skills.

  • Strong analysis and design skills

  • Strong team orientation.

  • Experience with the following:

  • Process Automation (MS Power Automate)

  • MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI)

  • Video Editing

  • Quickbase

  • Web Design/SharePoint Design/Java
