Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead & Drive Electrical Engineering engagements for plant & Equipment Engineering

• Work closely with customer to identify their challenges & provide relevant solutions in the Electrical engineering area

• Work with the Industrial automation team and complement them from the electrical engineering solutions

• Identify and bring in capable resources to support customer requirements in the identified areas

• Drive the team for Components Design• Sizing of Transformers, Chokes, Resistors, Capacitor banks, etc.• generating schematics, SLDs, etc.• To check mechanical aspects• BOM creation for various components

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Vast Experience in LV & MV Electrical equipment & plant engineering

• Expertise in providing solution to the electrical engineering challenges

• Has 20+ years of experience working in plant engineering environment and designed the overall layout for plant electrical engineering, including sizing of equipment, cable sizing, etc.

• Worked closely with EPCs in projects environment

• Has good knowledge of Drives, Transformers, Switchgears etc.

• Very Good Knowledge on Indian, European, US and other international standards

• Good communication skills to work with multi cultural team

Desired Skills:

• Good knowledge on Industrial automation

• Working with MATLAB /Simulink / PSpice• FMEA
