We are looking for Administrator Sales Coordination for the Custom Business of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. The custom business is a service provided to end user customer to offer products not existing in the catalog.

Your mission will be to ensure the management of customer requests and orders for different types of products used for the Flow cytometry.

You will be directly reporting to Manager Engineering (Manufacturing - Reagents/Other Consumables) who is based our of Marseille in France and a dotted line reporting to Materials and planning manager based out of Bangalore.

Here is a comprehensive job description for this role

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts etc.

  • Proceed with the proper registration of different sales requests and contracts in the tool used for it (Sales Force / SFDC, Excel, SharePoint),

  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.

  • Follow customer orders in accordance with the processes in place by respecting the characteristics of each product and the deadlines committed to the customers,

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in sales force, excel, SharePoint.

Operations:

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective execution of operational processes.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Conduct regular analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the sales, operations, and other relevant teams by leading DIVE calls.

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and operations team to ensure smooth information flow and seamless execution of processes.

  • Communicate any changes in orders to sales and marketing teams,

  • Respond to questions encountered daily in the course of the service's activities with planning teams, design teams, manufacturing teams, logistic teams, or sales teams.

To meet the expectations of the position, the desired knowledge / previous experiences are:

  • Bachelors in any stream with 6 - 8 years of work experience / Masters in any stream with 3 - 4 years of experience

  • Knowledge in science biochemistry and immunology would be added advantages.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, dynamic

  • Prior experience in sales coordination or sales support roles, preferably with exposure to operations

  • Ability to understand complex processes and to proactively work and manage diverse team and environment.

  • Communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and leadership quality are essential.

  • Attentive to details and rigorous

  • Common/Fluent English mandatory to communicate with international sales and manufacturing sites.
