The Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L2) is responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their Cloud infrastructure remain operational through proactively monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving cloud-based incidents, service requests and alerts. The primary objective of this role is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA). This role focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity to ensure the smooth operation and optimisation of clients' cloud infrastructure and services.

This role may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.

Working at NTT

Desired Skills :

  • Min 5 to 8 years of experience in Routing & Switching and knowledge on Firewall's.

  • Knowledge on F5/NetScalar or any other Load Balancer will be an added advantage.

  • Good troubleshooting skills in R&S.

  • Certifications like CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA or any equivalent.

Job Description :

  • Should have any of the following certifications like CCNA, CCNP or JNCIA, JNCIS or any Network related.

  • Hands on experience on cisco switches, routers, and Meraki devices. Knowledge on SD-WAN will be an added advantage.

  • Hands on experience on VLANS, STP, RSTP, MSTP and Routing protocols like RIP, OSPF, BGP & MPLS.

  • Knowledge on any of the following security devices Juniper, Cisco ASA or Palo Alto Firewalls and F5 Load balancers will be an added advantage.

  • Knowledge on NAT and VPNS tunnels like GRE and IPSEC will be an added advantage.

  • Replacing the network hardware in case of failures and upgrades.

  • Coordinating with ISP vendors in case of link failure.

  • Network connectivity troubleshooting - Documentation of Known error database.

  • Knowledge Sharing to Team.

F5 Knowledge:

  1. Knowledge on F5/NetScalar or any other Load Balancer will be an added advantage.

  2. Knowledge on troubleshooting F5 or any other Load Balancers troubleshooting.
