The role of Senior Associate Integrated Services Quality and Compliance Engineer forms part of the Quality and Compliance Management (QCM) function within Integrated Services. This is a developing role responsible for providing QCM support to the Integrated Service Centre – APAC (“ISCA”) function in term of quality assurance in service deliverables and conformity towards international standard requirements.

This role provides support on compliance and risk related matters to the ISCA, ensuring quality services deliverables (internal and external) and adherence to NTT Group Policies, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, and international standard requirement.

Working at NTT

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develops, manages, and maintains the ISO management system framework and any associate activities to ensure meeting updated industrial/ISO Standard

  • Develops the templates/processes/procedures for the ISCA function

  • Plans and conducts regular internal audit according to the industrial/ISO standard to identify potential non-conformance and ensure the corrective and preventive measures in place and ready for external audits

  • Coordinates all internal parties for any external or customer audits, including ISO20001, ISO27001 and etc. to obtain continuous certification

  • Explores new external certification in the market to strengthen the ISCA reputation and competitiveness in the market

  • Develops, delivers, and coordinates the relevant awareness trainings/material to update and motivate all internal staff to ensure compliance and information security as an inherent component of daily work

  • Manages and maintains a ISCA Business Continuity Plan BCP and risk management

  • Coordinates with ISCA FG-Leaders to ensure an up to date BCP documentation

  • Coordinates with ISCA FG-Leaders to arrange annual BCP drill and consolidate the drill observations and reports

  • Coordinates with ISCA FG-Leader for risk registry follow-up/mitigation plan

  • Coordinates with FG-Leaders on all Group CISO and other NTT Group task assignments related to ISCA boundaries

  • Any ad-hoc task from Integrated Services leadership management and QCM function management

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Works on problems of moderate scope, often varied and nonroutine where analysis requires a review of a variety of factors

  • Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial analysis for review

  • Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 standard requirements

  • Solid understanding of NTT Group policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines, experience in implementing ISO standards

  • In-depth knowledge of business continuity management framework and methodology

  • In-depth knowledge of quality management frameworks, compliance standards, and relevant certifications

  • Strong understanding of integrated IT services, solutions, and products

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions

  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities

  • Problem-solving abilities to address quality and compliance issues and develop solutions

  • Project management skills to implement process improvements and manage initiatives

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality

  • Change management expertise to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Quality Management, IT, or a related

  • Relevant quality/compliance certifications such as ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 etc.

Required Experience:

  • Moderate level of experience in quality management, compliance, or a related role within the IT services industry

  • Moderate level of experience in conducting audits, inspections, and quality assessments
