Position Title: Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) - .NET & Angular

Location: Bangalore, India

Allegion India is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer, who will work with a cross-functional team to design, architect, build, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to complex business needs in Allegion’s Americas IT Business

Job Description:

• Responsible for Designing, developing new solutions and enhancing existing solutions with new features additions and quality improvements.

• Work closely with front office delivery and global digital groups to understand requirements and translate them to elegant implementation.

• Setting up and following standards, practices, and process for ensuring high code quality of the deliverables.

• Peer reviews for code and design

• Ability to contribute towards design/architectural solutions for new developments

• Responsible for the execution of technical solutions throughout all phases of the SDLC

• Works collaboratively across multiple business units and architectural teams to ensure that stakeholder needs are acknowledged, and requirements are appropriately included in the backlog

• Responsible for managing and completing significant projects involving multiple component and subsystems.

• Ability to relate to others, demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, active participation in decision making process, ability to assess risk and act with a sense of urgency.

• Effective written, verbal and presentations skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.

• Self-directed and able to direct others.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 5+ years of experience with full stack development.

• Experience in designing and working on SOA and REST based architecture.

• Excellent skills and experience with C#, .Net Core, Entity Framework and web standards.

• Should have 5+ years of experience in front end development using Angular/React.

• Should have 2+ years of design and developments around Microsoft Azure.

• Strong skills in software design, design patterns and asynchronous programming.

• In depth knowledge of REST services such as Web API.

• Knowledge on cloud – AWS/Azure/GCP and willing to learn different cloud technology.

• Experienced in creating applications with .NET Core and familiarity with .NET Framework.

• Experienced in Unit testing framework on Angular like Karma, Jasmine or Jest.

• Excellent understanding on NPM modules and demonstrated contributions to NPM packages.

• Excellent in DB layers connecting SQL Server and Cosmos DB.

• Development experience defining, developing, and maintaining Service based architectures.

• Knowledge on deploying products leveraging Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)

• Experience in Agile with scrum delivery models.

Good to have:

• Experience using Codeium, Open AI or similar tools.

• Have experience working with large datasets including data integration, analysis and visualization.

• Experience in integrating with ERP Systems like Oracle/ Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience in Event driven design and implementation.

• Possess knowledge of cloud infrastructure, setup and configurations.

Required Education and/or Experience:

• BE or M Tech in Computer Science Engineering/ relevant

• 5 to 8 Years of experience in Software Application Development
