Job Summary:

To manage the availability of material through the proper material master data setup, capacity planning and purchase order management with internal and external suppliers and mitigate in case of supply risks and issues.

Your role:

• Experienced in material management and SAP.

• Manage Purchasing Order to suppliers (follow up from creation until receive).

• Control the Inventory.

• Follow up change notice & with NPI team.

• Work with Planner and Business Unit to synchronize the direction

• Lead some improvement project.

You're the right fit if:

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Buyer.

• Preferred education background in industrial engineering, management, and Logistics with well knowledge in supply chain.

• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel and Power Point.

• Proficient in SAP (PP & MM module) & Expert in Power BI.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia & English (Mandarin speaker is an advantage).
