Together, we won't stop! We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and creative Senior QA Analyst to join a growing team of passionate professionals tasked with disrupting the broadband industry. This person will plan, execute, and lead a team of Analysts to complete the testing strategy for the T-Mobile Home Internet Product with a focus on the API Middle-tier. This role will be Embedded with Engineering, Product and Project Management to deliver an industry-leading product for our customers. This role will ensure that the quality of the delivered products is aligned with the Quality Assurance methodology. Responsibilities Own the Design, Development and Execution of test cases and test suites focusing on efficiency and maintainability while ensuring the highest in quality standards Build and maintain a robust API Testing strategy for API Microservices leveraging Postman in a Newman/Docker infrastructure running in AWS Be responsible for the collaboration and partnership with Software Development Engineers in Test leveraging automation to reduce cycle time and increase success in delivering high quality software to our customers Lead the collaboration with End-to-End QA Analysts to understand new Enterprise feature functionality and implement coverage Own Quality Best Practices by strategically delivering on Embedded testing with a focus on efficiency and risk-mitigation Responsible for the creation of strategic core test plans with meaningful test steps and expected results based on functional requirements and User Stories Coordinate and lead test activities and execution strategy across other members of the API test team A strong Customer focus embracing change and innovation, critical thinking, relationship building & influencing Has thoroughly demonstrated working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology (processes, and deliverables) and can work with the process and application teams to identify and close the gaps concerning IT-Quality issues as well as provides metrics for monitoring purposes and measures of success Ensures review of Quality Assurance documentation for accuracy, feasibility, consistency, and completeness. Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge in Planning, Facilitating, and Participating in working sessions with cross-functional resources Drives initiatives to improve processes, procedures, and tools for IT-Qualitypurposes utilized by the cross-functional teams, as well as SOX and Internal Audit teams Creates and delivers articulate and effective oral presentations to a variety of audiences, large or small, internal, or external Harvest a positive culture of individual ownership and accountability across the team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Field/Discipline or equivalent experience; Advanced degree preferred 5 years minimum experience validating API's leveraging tools such as: Postman, SoapUI, Apigee etc. 5 years minimum experience with a formal SDLC Experience as a test lead, coordinating test efforts across test resources Experience in broadband preferred including testing routers, ethernet and network technologies/protocols Experience in Business Process Design and Implementation, Software Development and Software Design Experience creating SDLC deliverables (Requirements, Functional, Design, and Test Requirements Specification documents) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United St
