Position Overview

This position will be based in our Enterprise Delivery Center, located in Bangalore, India. Our Service Delivery Center is focused on customer satisfaction and is comprised of highly skilled and well-motivated Support Analysts. This position will be a part of a high-volume service delivery center with expectations around excellence and efficient resolution for SFDC application support incidents. This position will be focused on incident management and resolution for application business support service for our global customers and client services teams working in tandem with our onsite teams

Responsibilities.

• Understand the Autodesk business processes to the core and provide business support.

• Act as SFDC administrator working alongside the Sales Operations Systems & Integrations team to maintain and optimize SFDC including streamlining processes, documentation, and ongoing training.

• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, approval and validation rules, flows, and installed packages.

• Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security).

• Implement changes involving flows, validation rules, reports, and service cloud features.

• Resolve user-created cases involving troubleshooting in Visualforce and Apex.

• Deliver the services within the agreed SLA and ensure all issues are handled promptly.

• Responsible for overall configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support.

• Establish and implement change control and best practices concerning system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality. Translate and deliver approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.

• Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritize, design, and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Any Bachelors/master’s degree is a must with a preference for Computer Applications

• 3-6 years of expertise in salesforce support.

• Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ) are highly desirable.

• Able to drive a project from conception to completion, not just execute an existing plan.

• Outstanding listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to dig into data, surface actionable insights, and demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge in sandboxes, and experience in handling code-related issues.

• Good understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL processes.

• Should be ready and flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7 coverage), which includes the Night shift as well.

• Team Player should have worked with multiple global teams and cultures, the ability to communicate effectively with a global userbase.
