Job Title: Operations Manager, Collaboration Services

Location : Bangalore, India Autodesk, Inc.

Department: Collaboration Services

Reports To : Director of Collaboration Services ESE

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Collaboration Services team at Autodesk. You will specialize in managing administrative teams that support a variety of collaboration tools including O365 products, SendGrid, Valimail, DMARC, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Mural, and Slido.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the administrative teams supporting our collaborationservices.

• Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient functioning of our collaboration services.

• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and efficientUse collaboration tools.

• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items areinvoiced and paid.

• Manage issues in the collaboration services environment and work on their resolution.

• Ensure that collaboration tools meet our needs and propose new tools orenhancements.

• Provide regular reports on service performance and improvements to senior management.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience with operations management in a technology or software company.

• 5+ years of experience with collaboration tools including O365 products, SendGrid,Valimail, DMARC, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Mural, and Slido.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Competent in overcoming obstacles and proficient in making informed choices in Demand situations.

• Proficient in expressing ideas and building relationships.
