We are currently looking for a dedicated, detail oriented, innovative and reliable individual for our client in Benicia. The ideal individual will be able multi-task, have an exceptional attention to detail, have great analytical skills and have advanced working knowledge of Excel. Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication channels between customers and operations teams to ensure streamlined execution of logistics activities.

• Oversee and execute daily administrative tasks including documentation processing for arrivals, shipments, and returns.

• Perform precise data entry for vehicle processing in the E-tracking system, capturing details such as accessories and release notes.

• Maintain and systematically update the port tracking system to accurately reflect logistics status.

• Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts to maintain high service standards.
