Supplier Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS

• Täglicher Kontakt mit PPAP / Bauteilqualifikation,Lieferantenperformance und Reklamationsmanagement

• Projektkoordination für alle qualitätsrelevanten Aspekte auf Produkt- und Projektebene

• Durchführung von Risikobewertungen auf Bauteil- und Lieferanteneben

• Durchführung von Prozessabnahmen, Prozess-/Produktaudits beim Lieferanten

• Initiierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsprozessen beim Lieferanten und Verfolgung von qualitätsverbessernden Maßnahmen

• Kenntnisse in den Bereichen ESD, elektronische Fertigungsprozesse/Equipment (Pick & Place, ICT, EOLs)

IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG

• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (intern und extern).

• Kenntnisse über PCB, SMD Bauteile, AEC Q100 / Q200 Gerätequalifikation sind erforderlich

• Fähigkeit zur Nutzung, Interpretation und Lösung von Qualitätsproblemen unter Verwendung von Daten und Qualitätswerkzeugen: SPC-Diagramme, 8-D-Analyse, Ishikawa-Diagramme

• Bestehende Kompetenzen zur Durchführung von Audits der Produktion und der damit verbundenen Geschäftsprozesse

• Fähigkeit zum Lesen von Bauteil- und Produktzeichnungen zur Erstellung von Referenz- und Kontrollzeichnungen

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind wichtig, um effektiv mit dem Management und den Kollegen zu kommunizieren

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, auch fachspezifisch
