Functieomschrijving

Als technieker / hersteller voer je nazicht en herstellingen uit op tools van klanten uit de BeNeLux markt en dit voor de merken: Black+Decker, DEWALT, STANLEY, Bostitch, Powers of Facom. Een herstelling omvat het stellen van een diagnose, nazicht, onderhouds- en herstel werkzaamheden van een tool. Hiervoor krijg je de nodige interne opleidingen en kan je beroep doen op de beschikare service documentatie. Bij een herstelling horen ook de administratieve taken zoals: registraties van de uitgevoerde werken in SAP, opmaak van de prijsopgaves, afsluiten van een herstelopdracht, communicatie naar de klant.

Je bent dus mee verantwoordelijk voor de verbruikte wisselstukken, een correcte facturatie en de nodige feedback naar de klant.

Jouw werk is een uitstalraam naar de klant die op basis van onze herstellingen en service nog meer overtuigd kan worden om voor onze merken te kiezen. Je zal samen werken in een team van een 20 tal medewerkers en rapporteert aan de CRU supervisor.

Functie-eisen:

o Minimum A2/TSO diploma of gelijkgesteld door ervaring met voorkeur in een technische richting

o Ervaring in het uitvoeren van herstellingen is een pluspunt.

o Technische schema’s zijn geen uitdaging.

o Ervaring in gebruik van PC en SAP kennis is een pluspunt.

o Dynamisch persoon die zelfstandig kan werken na de nodige interne opleidingen.

o Teamspeler met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

o Na een degelijke opleiding verwachten wij ook de ambitie om verder door te groeien tot een allround medewerker.

o Kennis van talen Frans en Engels is geen must, maar een pluspunt.
