The Outreach and Undergraduate Research Coordinator is responsible for outreach to the WKU campus community on behalf of the Office of Research and Creative Activity (ORCA), management of the Faculty Undergraduate Student Engagement (FUSE) grant program, and administrative tasks in the Office of Research Integrity. Primary duties will include:

  • Communicating important announcements related to research to the campus community;

  • Planning and coordinating ORCA events;

  • Managing the Faculty Undergraduate Student Engagement internal grant program;

  • Informing faculty and staff of available ORCA resources via training sessions or one-on-one meetings;

  • Manage ORCA social media and websites;

  • Assisting with compliance administrative tasks in the Office of Research Integrity.

    Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

  • At least two years of experience in an administrative or support role

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Additional Information:

Hourly Range: $17.44- $20.51/hr
