Ziegler CAT Equipment Customer Support Representative in Brainerd, Minnesota

Represent the Ziegler Product Support Sales Team in a sales support capacity by helping promote and sell Ziegler's product support services. The goal of the product support team is to increase product support sales by providing our customers with unparalleled customer support and innovative solutions that set the standard for the industries Ziegler serves. Responsibilities: Promote the growth of Ziegler's entire product support capabilities to retail accounts, customers with modest equipment fleets and unknown new accounts Establish contact and relationships with inactive customers Promote customer use of e-commerce through registration on CAT sites/apps, which allow customers to self serve parts orders Maintain good internal & external customer relations Intervene to solve problems and issues Assist equipment sales and customer support sales teams Measure undercarriage and report condition to internal and external customers Provide customer proposals on parts, Customer Value Agreements (CVA), warranties and other product support services Contact customers to renew CVAs and warranties as they near expiration date Utilize CRM to track customer activity including phone calls, emails and in-person visits Qualifications: 2 - 4 year degree is preferred 2+ years of related customer support experience Strong customer service skills Results-oriented and self-starter Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Sense of urgency Must have and maintain a clean driving record Customer Focus, Achievement Orientation, Problem Solving, Planning and Organization and Teamwork Able to operate equipment safely Travel: Up to 20% travel within territory Minimum Physical Requirements: Push/pull up to 10 lbs. Lift up to 30 lbs. Carry up to 50 lbs. Neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching.
