The Opportunity
Supporting the Operations Director delivering operational & financial support relating to People and Finance processes
Manage monthly reporting for various operational metrics (financial summaries, debtors, leave reporting, etc)
Collaborating with the people lead, finance and recruitment team in managing job requisitions & cost implications
Assist with ad hoc projects such as system improvements and standardization of reporting
As the successful candidate, you will have:
2+ years in a professional environment where you have demonstrated your financial analysis ability and literacy skills
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, - Bi, Peoplesoft experience advantageous
Strong communication skills, able to effectively build stakeholder relationships
High level of accuracy, analytical and numerical ability, and attention to detail
