We’re looking for:

• Tech Lead Operational Performance

We count on you for:

• Responsible for all or part of the technical achievement of the product vision and strategy.

• Provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required for the value delivery of a product group or an integrated chain of product groups - by leading PI Planning and organizing backlogs and teams from the Value Delivery Planning Phase of Product Management.

• Facilitates and orchestrates across DevSecOps teams the agile and incremental delivery of targeted business outcomes (minimum viable products).

• Responsible for the successful deployment of application code from the beginning of the process (development) through CI/CD.

• Play a crucial role in animating technical discussions and sharing within own team and across teams, participates in sketching sessions with the Behavioral Analysis and Experience / MX Specialist, Product Manager, and Digital Design Process Specialist.

• Coaches more junior developers and partners with operations to improve the continuous delivery pipeline.

• Implements the designs proposed by Product Architects and taste-tested with value recipients

You will bring:

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in a relevant course of studies

• Knowledge of OSIsoft PI Suite (Archive, Asset Framework, Event Frame and Pi Vision), SeeQ, and Performance Management tools are a plus

• English mandatory

• French is a plus
