We are looking for a Precinct Manager to join our CBRE – ISPT Property Management team to deliver high quality services, operational excellence, and a customer-centric focus. You will be responsible for the facilities and technical services of a single asset of portfolio of assets. This will include the efficient, safe, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of building services. Reporting to the Precinct General Manager, your objective includes leading your team, onsite risk and compliance mitigation, sustainability improvements and client and customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

  • Lead a small team of FMs in the delivery of the building operations and facilities management, providing day to day technical and operational support

  • Provide operational initiatives or capital improvement requirements for asset management plans

  • Attend key stakeholder meetings with the client including monthly reporting and vendor management

  • Collaborate with dedicated Sustainability, WHS, Property Managers and Customer experience resources to ensure innovation and continuous improvement and best practise initiatives are being driven across the asset

  • Manage the annual budget for the operating and capital expenses with the required level of supporting information

  • Act as an escalation point for all emergency procedures and urgent building-related requests.

  • Establishing effective day to day business relationships with the client, landlords and property managers and taking a proactive approach to requirements

Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:

  • Significant experience within the Facilities Management arena as well as a strong trade or engineering background

  • Experience in an engineering or building Facilities Management related discipline

  • Experience in delivering large scale capital redevelopment works

  • Strong knowledge of all property onsite facilities services including fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.

  • Strong understanding of legislative requirements and facilities services

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills

  • Proven people and team management experience with a track record in driving positive workplace culture

  • Strong Financial acumen

  • Customer-centric and performance outcome approach to work.
