OVERALL PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to support the Business Development Partnerships team with the strategic and operational tasks required to successfully support our partners. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that will work across internal departments and engage with external stakeholders to build trust, solve problems and acquire customers.
Responsibilities will include:
Running day-to-day operational activities for Lula's partner products
Managing the relationships with Lula partners to drive strategic alignment and effective execution, ensuring maximum value to them and the SMEs in their network
Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other team leads to identify impactful product opportunities and prioritise efforts
Blending qualitative and quantitative data to drive data-led decision making with key stakeholders
Assisting our partners with their marketing, content and product positioning initiatives to increase distribution and conversion
Understanding and optimising end-to-end product flow (from integration to daily delivery), and how this relates to our commercial agreements and SLAs
Assisting with the project management of partner initiatives across the business

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing) or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' B2B commercial experience
Excellent communication and relationship building skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
Sales & marketing experience - you understand the conversion funnel end-to-end with a view to optimise and guide strategy
Tech/product management experience - we don't need you to code, but you should at least know what an API is and understand the product life cycle
Demonstrable comfort with ambiguity and relish the challenge of solving complex problems
Finance industry experience advantageous
Marketing experience would be an advantage
Strong analytical and business background
Display a passion for coaching and developing others through people leadership
