Job Summary: The experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager provides excellent customer service, builds long-term client relationships, performs renewal reviews, and handles risk management for an assigned group of medium to large market commercial accounts. They provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients, producers, and company personnel. Within the first year, a successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge of company product lines and be proficient in the agency management system. Successfully manages their book of business and maintains a high retention rate. All work will be completed with a focus on response time and attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities: ? Oversee the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing. ? Receive customer phone calls and handle them accordingly. ? Review coverage at time of renewal and consult clients in making appropriate coverage changes.
