This job is based out of Chennai, India

This position has to support SI Sales Southern Regional business in the following areas

o Commercial support during Offer stage - Evaluating terms and conditions as per tender or customer document, Participate in commercial discussions, negotiating towards Siemens terms & conditions, LoA,, aligning with legal etc.

o Contract management – Evaluating Terms and conditions as per PO and check with approved terms & conditions as per LoA

o Order execution stage commercial support including arranging Bank Guarantee, issuing Proforma invoice / LC request (wherever appropriate), invoice forwarding / documentation as per customer PO conditions,

o Receivables management – Periodical review of receivables with correct due date, planning of collections as per due date, LC documentation, achieving the planned collections

o MIS support – Providing liquidation plan for Receivables, EMD, Bank guarantee etc & supporting to fill requirements of Auditors

o Periodical review meetings – to attend the periodic review meetings for Collection, over due reduction, TO, PAS review etc.

o Any other activities incidental to the regional business and assigned by superiors

o Building CRM, visiting customers incl. Govt customers, large EPC, Industry players, dealing with senior people in customer organization for payment followup/ resolving customer issues.

o On softer skills – should be self-driven and motivated, able to take full ownership, dedicated , hardworking and passionate, ready to travel, team player.

o Management of various internal & external stakeholders.

The candidate should be Commerce graduate with Experience in the range of >6 years

Should be a good team player and willing to travel. Good communication skills, good in MS office. Positive attitude to learn more things

The position will handle customer of Southern Region of SI Sales business and will report to Regional commercial manager
