BMO Financial Group Program Manager, FDIC 370 in Chicago, Illinois

Understands and articulates the business case of business questions and the estimated value being delivered. Designs dashboards and analyses to be performed, and appropriate visualization and analytics tools to use. Identifies trends and patterns to address identified business questions and provide insights through reporting and data visualization techniques. Works with Operating Groups, Finance, Technology, and CDAO teams to optimize, refine, automate, and maintain FDIC data requirements.

  • Provides value through insights, reporting and data visualization techniques. Selects, configures and implements analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability.

  • Works with different teams, management and stakeholders to enhance the usability of data analytics solutions deployed in the organization.

  • Translates business needs to technical specifications.

  • Develops data visualizations of "large" amounts of data that facilitate the intuitive presentation of data to decision makers.

  • Documents data flow, systems and processes to improve the design, implementation and management of business/group processes.

  • Develops tools and training programs to ensure ongoing data integrity from the source to end state reporting.

  • Focus is on Operating Groups, Finance, Technology, and CDAO teams primarily within BMO US; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.

  • Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.

  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.

  • Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.

  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

FDIC 370 Specific:

  • Maintain up to data library or awareness of data libraries for all end-to-end data impacting FDIC 370

  • Aggregate FDIC 370 data and control reporting into a BMO US FDIC 370 “Health Dashboard”

  • Act as FDIC 370 data and process SME for enterprise and operating group workstreams as needed

  • In-depth understanding of data elements, taxonomies, lineage, and anomaly identification

  • Strong experience with end-to-end data mapping

  • Ability to define a gap in report out put by tracing back through data and process flows for the break

  • Expertise in report aggregation and creation

  • Understands or as quick start aptitude to learn different BMO Onboarding and Data repository systems

  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

$72,500.00 - $134,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
