In this role, you will be responsible for Business Management Training and Development for the Private, Personal & Digital Banking (PP&D) line of business.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and deliver customized business-specific procedural training to ensure stakeholders understand and manage risks appropriately.

  • Develop and maintain the training schedule and tracking system.

  • Assist with the identification of business-specific procedural training gaps.

  • Act as liaison with Independent Risk Management, where applicable, to ensure training gaps are being addressed and provide feedback on the program.

  • Partner with division management, peers and other support teams to develop appropriate training content.

  • Under manager’s guidance, play a key role in the planning, development, and delivery of a formal onboarding program for LOB new hires.

  • Design content for training curriculum, materials and communication in alignment with change management policy, standards and process documents.

  • Deliver training and communication to raise awareness and educate impacted colleagues on change management requirements across business and stakeholder groups.

  • Build strong internal working relationships to interface regularly with multiple support teams including business analysts, user acceptance testers, technology partners, and trainers to ensure successful training implementations.

  • Research, develop, publish, and refresh training content for LOB workflow.

  • Identify and implement appropriate training delivery methodology by content and audience.

  • Create presentations and informational videos that support business initiatives or project implementations.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, trainers, operations staff, and technology partners to deliver the documentations timely and accurately.

  • Lead and oversee team members to design, develop and deliver training content as required by LOB.

Who you are

  • You have a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year practical experience working in an operation/production, financial institution, or a fast-paced business environment.

  • You have a minimum of four years of experience in technical and soft skill training content development in the financial services industry.

  • You can demonstrate experience in the design, development and delivery of learning strategies and programs .
