The Regional MSE Tech Manager directly shapes and influences the IT Strategies that provide tangible results to the Nestlé zone LATAM, being responsible for the success of all Digital Products. Accountable for technologies and innovation which enable digital marketing, sales and eBusiness for Nestlé Categories and Brands, s/he is responsible for the senior management relationship with the zone Sales and Marketing leads, as well as the LATAM markets Sales and Marketing department, and her/his direct reports. S/he will act as the advocate of technologies, innovations and functional relationship management. S/he also acts as the single point of contact between market BRMs/FRMs (Business Relationship Managers and Functional Relationship Managers) and multiple IT Product Managers (beyond his/her own organization) to reduce complexity from the IT Customer point of view and to provide a clear accountability for them. S/he develops a deep understanding of the part of the business to which they are aligned and maintain strong relationships with BRMs and local Marketing and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Construct & Assemble:

• Ensure deep understanding off Market needs and provide input to Product Groups, s/he will also support pilot implementations according to agreed plans.

• Deployment: drive regional project portfolio for functional area. Identify Market project requirements and expectations and ensure these are aligned with Global priorities and agreed at Zone/Market level. Support Zone & RMB's with the realization off their priorities and Must Win Battles. Support Markets with defining and executing their Market solution roadmaps.

• Deployment: support global projects for integration, standardization and optimization of ways off working within the AOA Product Organization operating model and drive flawless execution within respective region/Zone

• Deployment: provide input for validation off global deployment plans, tracking off execution and evaluation/measuring the success via the Functional Steering Committee [FSC] (WHAT/HOW) and support Zones with defining priorities (WHEN/WHERE) via alignment with Zone

• Functional Heads and Regional Steering Committees ensure full integration with regional/Zone IT deployment budgets driven by

• Zone Business Integration Manager

• Deployment: support regional/Zone cross stream deployment plans e.g. company code mergers, acquisitions/divestitures aligned with

• regional priorities as defined by Zone Management and coordinated by Zone Business Integration Manager

• Sustain: provide input to global initiatives to align, improve, streamline and standardize GSO support processes leveraging capabilities off Nestle staff and external partners (e.g.Salesforce/SAP) by utilizing any Lean methodology. Ensure flawless execution off the agreed plans within the region

• Sustain: ensure SLO adherence in GSO (Regional IT offices and Markets) in regards to incident resolution and provide regular reports to key stakeholders in regards to issues, actions etc. Responsible unless global outsourcing agreements are in place

• Leverage: ensure full utilization and adoption off IT Products and drive legacy elimination (e.g. LEAN) initiatives in Markets within Zone/region

• Leverage: drive initiatives to improve Super/End user capabilities within Markets and GMB's via My Learning programs

• People: Drive ""Customer Intimacy"" in regional team, ensure adherence to the principles and practices off continuous excellence (e.g. Agile, LEAN) striving to eliminate waste elimination, leading to the reduction off service time and process optimization across all layers off the organization

• Develop high performing teams and in alignment with the People process cycle and the 5 people practices:

• Create the context: create alignment and the adoption of our IT Vision to Life (IT V2L), lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way, promote innovation and entrepreneurial mindset.

Required Profile:

• Functional knowledge: senior business background in various roles within the

• functional area. Recommendation: minimum 10 years' experience

• IT functional knowledge and solid experience in IT products

• and organization.

• Recommendation: minimum 3 years' experience

• Stakeholder management: solid network with Corporate functional area, Markets,

• Zone(s), IT organization

• Senior Leadership skills and excellent track record in developing people

• Project Management and Project portfolio Management capabilities

• Managing cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety off cultures in the most effective way
