Calvin Electric LLC Administrative Assistant in Clayton, Ohio
Job Purpose: General office assistance with Payroll Processing. Ensures fair and accurate compensation by verifying and maintaining compensation data; preparing reports, and keeping up with Prevailing Wage rate changes. Duties: *Maintains compensation database by verifying and inputting new pay rates and pay changes. * Maintains benefit database by verifying and inputting new benefit data and benefit program changes. * Maintains employee confidence by keeping service information confidential. * Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents in a timely manner. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Generates and distributes Certified Payroll Reports.
Generates and distributes Daily Reports for field staff.
Assist in general bookkeeping (Invoicing/Payables/Receivables).
Assist with tracking and distributing lien waivers.
Handle incoming calls.
Willing to assist Owners, Estimators and Field staff in administrative support as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Internal/External Communications, Maintaining Files, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Compensation and Wage Structure, Microsoft Office Product Skills, Google Sheets, Quickbooks knowledge helpful, but not necessary if willing/able to learn.
