Senior Analyst- Manufacturing Transformation

What makes this a great opportunity?

The Senior Analyst - Manufacturing Transformation will support the Director, Manufacturing Transformation to drive a broad agenda that is focused on executing key strategic initiatives spanning the end-to-end Supply Chain. Central to the role, this individual will lead Strategic Analytical activities for key cross-functional initiatives with focus on Enterprise Productivity, Sustainability, Resilience, Process Improvement, and other strategic change imperatives. As this role serves as a business partner to multiple functions across the organization, strong business acumen, project management, and influencing skills will be critical.

Role Responsibilities

Ownership of manufacturing COE analysis, which includes delivery of financial and non-financial targets, project oversight, and program governance / integration with core internal processes
Leading strategic pipeline development, management, and execution in coordination with Brand Houses and cross-functional support teams (e.g., Operations, Packaging, R&D, Procurement, Planning, Quality, IT, etc.)
Prioritizing and synchronizing activities in direct support of BSI's 2030 vision across the enterprise organization and cross-functional teams
Driving best practices as it relates to scoping, seeding, and validating transformational initiatives
Bringing an enterprise view on risk management and contingency planning to ensure goals are met
Communicating program issues both horizontally and vertically in a transparent and timely manner
Identifying & driving resolution where gaps exist in partnership with cross-functional teams


Qualifications

7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Program / Project Management, or Manufacturing roles
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Exceptional analytic capabilities and the ability to translate insight into aligned business cases
Skilled at presenting, structuring communications, and managing expectations with senior stakeholders
Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud experience
SAP skills
TRACC/IWS/TPM/Lean Manufacturing experience
Exceptional business, commercial and financial acumen
Strong leadership presence with demonstrated political savvy
Skilled at communication, influencing & driving results with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
An innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output.
Self-reliant, a good problem solver, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated track record of delivery when working in "white space areas", where processes are being defined, tested, and optimized in real time
Strong presentation skills and advanced ability with MS Office products

TRAVEL: Up to 25% travel domestic and international is required.
