Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 LOCATION 4910 Tiedeman Road Brooklyn, OH; Hybrid - 1-2 days in office. JOB DESCRIPTION The client communications team is responsible for developing service communications that are deployed to clients across all segments of the bank. The client communications team is part of the Corporate Communications team. This role is primarily responsible for working with agency, vendor and internal partners to help deploy client communications across a variety of channels. JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for developing client communications for specific areas of the bank using a multi-channel approach. Understands how communication objectives contribute to the overall success of the company. Ability to activate the brand voice into all client communications with a focus on client experience. Works closely with creative resources to help develop communications and programs as needed. Must have strong understanding of target audience. Ability to strategically develop client journeys for communication workstreams. Create detailed project plans. Ability to research and analyze competitor content. Effectively collaborates with internal and external partners. Communicates effectively and builds relationships. Manages and executes assigned projects in an accurate and efficient manner. Be able to manage projects in Workfront tool. Identifies project problems/risks, proposes solutions, and escalates to leadership for timely resolution. Monitors business results of programs and makes adjustments to those programs with data, analytics and research. Demonstrates consistent year-over-year improvements in program performance. Follows established processes and thinks of new ways to work effectively. Contributes to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree - minimum 5 or more years professional experience in communications, marketing, or related fields. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Banking or Financial services experience. Workfront experience preferred. Knowledge of banking and or financial services industry Proven relationship-building skills. Demonstrated organizational and project management skills. Strong client focus and mindset. Ability to work in a faced paced environment. Demonstrated ability to solve problems; escalates as necessary. This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
