Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor is responsible

For overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production operations ensuring the production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Supports the company efforts to ensure the hourly staff is performing their task in a safe and efficient manner

Training new employees on production processes and safety protocols, Implementing and maintained production schedules

Troubleshooting issues that arise during production, Completing daily reports as required by Management
