Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday, with up to two days per week remote work opportunities. General Summary: Under the direction of the supervisor, Investment Performance, provide accounting and performance reporting support ensuring accurate analysis and reporting of investment activity. Summary of Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining stock analyst and industry assignments as well as ticker changes in the performance system for domestic equities. Assist and cross-train on monitoring and maintaining stock analyst and industry assignments as well as ticker changes in the performance system for international analyst performance (IAP stock selection tool). Provide backup coverage for daily domestic equity and Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) performance (including intra-day performance from the internal performance system and Bloomberg.) This includes recalculation of index returns and comparison of relative returns from daily end-of-day results from intra-day performance to official performance. Responsible for various monthly performance processes (index maintenance, alternative investment pricing and all Global custodian performance data loads into the internal investment performance systems. Assist with the preparation and/or review of various schedules and reporting for the Investment Committee of the STRS Ohio Board, including board-appointed investment consultant reporting. Participate in finalizing monthly performance, including the tracking of external manager reporting, reconciliations to the custodian and tolerances. Assist with reconciling accounting and performance data between the SimCorp Dimension investment book of record (IBOR), the official internal performance system and the SimCorp Dimension accounting book of record (ABOR). Work closely with the investment operations group to facilitate the transition of equity swap settlement processing from the investment performance group until further automation is implemented in SimCorp Dimension. Summary of Requirements: Associate degree in business, accounting or related field required. Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field preferred.
