Incubeta Sales Consultant for Google Marketing Platform Solutions in Copenhagen, Denmark

Join our team in Copenhagen as a Senior Sales Consultant, where you'll lead strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and foster lasting client relationships. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge, you'll provide high-level guidance to both our sales team and clients, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class solutions and driving revenue optimisation. You will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and driving business expansion across the Nordic region.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our E-commerce team who are working with clients on online marketplaces such as Amazon to drive customer communications, feature prioritisation, and technical issue resolution, resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Reports to Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to capitalise on market opportunities, drive customer acquisition, and expand our client base across the Nordic region.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and network to drive sales expansion and revenue optimisation.

  • Sales Enablement: Provide training and mentorship to sales teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively engage with clients and drive sales success.

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their business growth journey.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align sales efforts with company objectives and drive collective success.

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in sales initiatives, offering expert guidance and insights to drive revenue growth and maximise client satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth.

The talent we are looking for

  • At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing environment, ideally from a Media or a Google agency

  • Strong in strategic analysis and profound advisory skills

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs to deliver high level of satisfaction

  • Proven track record on successful business development gained at advertiser level

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, goal-oriented and team-player

  • Advanced project management skills

  • Fluent in Danish and English language

  • A people person - comfortable with collaboration and can build internal relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent organisational, and problem solving/decision making skills
