TEKsystems Sales Support Administrator in Cornelius, Oregon

Description:

Responsibilities: 1. Internal Front Office Lead 2. Manage Customer Service Team (4 people) 3. Directly manage order management, service, and support 4. Control appropriate documents and procedures including updates. 5. Internal Training as needed. 6. External Training as needed. 7. Compliance Trainings as needed. 8. Weekly Team Meetings and Updates 9. Individual Case Monitoring 10. Case Escalation requests 11. Team Accountability 12. Monitor service and support levels. 13. Make sure that all customer interactions are properly recorded. 14. Perform employee performance reviews. 15. Recruit, Interview, Hire as needed. 16. Disciplinary corrective actions as needed. 17. RMA monitoring and approvals 18. Freight Claim Management 19. Continued Efficiency improvements 20. Service Company Management 21. Expense control 22. Metric and Trend Reviews 23. Management reports Monthly and as requested. 24. Open Order Monitoring 25. Possible offsite mtgs or Customer Visits
