Position Overview:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficient production planning, scheduling, and workflow to meet organizational goals. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing a team of production workers, and ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Production Supervision:

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Ensure all production activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.

• Quality Control:

• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections of production processes.

• Address and resolve quality issues in collaboration with the quality assurance team.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

• Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production team.
