our Key Responsibilities * Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products. * Analyze cost drivers and standards in ERP systems (SAP), collaborate on digital solutions for optimization * Meet digital KPI's, report to local/regional management, align goals/tasks with manager * Improve plant layouts and processes using digital tools, enhance quality through monitoring and AI * Collaborate internally and regionally on digital solutions, support process improvement and training * Coordinate autonomous solutions like cobots and AGVs, troubleshoot digital issues as first point of contact * Validate machines and tools. * Develop process improvement through simulation and AI, adhere to company policies and safety standards * Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
