This position within theMotor Grader Engineering team will support design integration and limited projectmanagement for feature, regulatory, and quality changes to currentproduct. Design integration ensures thatupdates to the Motor Grader current product are coordinated between systemteams, suppliers, and facilities for problem free introduction. Project management will involve crossfunctional teams and will generally be on programs less than one year induration. This role will require thatthe successful candidate work within a Creo modeling environment for designinvestigation and virtual audits. Thisrole will be based in Decatur, IL.

JobDuties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • CurrentProduction design integration (integrating new content to current product)

  • Leadershipfor current product feature, regulatory, and quality projects

  • Adhereto quality processes for design as defined by the Product Group

  • Managementof Current Product issues related to new content

  • Supportfactory fit up and test bed builds/validation activities for Current Productupdates

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum

  • 3 years of design experience utilizing Creo and Teamcenter releasing

Desired Qualifications:

  • Abilityto work with multiple teams to accomplish consensus and solve problems

  • Experiencewith end to end design to production process

  • Familiarwith Motor Grader product line

  • Experienceleading or working myNPI or myCPI issues
