JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job description Project Engineer / Designer \$50,000 - \$70,000 Overview: R&D Engineering and Machining is an Engineering and CNC machining facility located in Deforest, WI. We are looking for a full-time experienced & skilled Design Engineer. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and 401k. Pay is based on experience with a 90-day probation period. Qualification & Skills Requirements: Design experience with EPP & EPS mold design Knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical components Proficient with SolidWorks software Familiar with using Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Access Knowledge of varies metals (i.e. Alum 6061, M1, cast, or stainless) Ability to read, interpret and create CAD model drawings Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and initiate innovative solutions Excellent customer service relations via email and in person Knowledge of Polyworks software and Faro scanner arm & iProbe is desirable, not required Ability to work well and collaborate with personnel from all levels of the organization in a professional and respectful manner Job Responsibilities: Utilize SolidWorks software to be able to create simple and complex assemblies.
