What You Will Do As a pivotal member of the finance team, you will be tasked with overseeing month-end activities and ongoing inventory management, completing regular weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, and supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycles, for 5 operating companies within Central and Western Washington. You will perform and assist with a wide variety of tasks including job costing for heavy civil construction projects, analyzing equipment costs and verifying rates, and validating, analyzing, and adjusting inventory counts. What You Can Do (Minimum Qualifications) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated understanding of general accounting principles, policies, and procedures.

Strong Excel skills to include familiarity with complex functions, and the ability to use Excel to consolidate, organize, and analyze data exports from multiple systems or formats.

Excellent organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to manage and complete complex tasks.
