• Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing
• Packs product into boxes, retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery
• Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products

```{=html} ``` - Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup new production jobs - Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area - Assists other departments as needed **Wed love to hear from you if:**

• You have previous manufacturing experience and/or training

```{=html} ``` - Read and comprehend standard work instructions, math and measuring - Arrive to work on time with a strong attendance record - An individual looking to advance with a high school diploma or GED **Job Requirements:**

• Computer literate
• Ability to work either 8 or 12-hour shifts/OT/weekends/holidays
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and use roll handling equipment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
