As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager for our facility in Ellensburg, Washington.

What We're Looking For:

We are currently hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment for all employees. Your responsibilities will encompass various HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

 

You will work with plant management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

*Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:

  • 5 to 10 years of Human Resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

``` - Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment. - Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

``` - Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. - Washington State Driver's License Required.

 

*Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

 

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Ability to interpret data, labor law, policies, and other compliance information.

Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
