Supervises operations in one or more departments or functional areas. Job Duties: Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations. Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions. Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise. Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations. Experience and Education: Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices. Leads and directs the work of other employees. Supervises Level I supervisors. Level II supervisors typically have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions. Typically requires a high school diploma and 3 or more years of experience. Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager. Competencies: Ability to work as part of a team. Analytical thinking skills. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to understand and follow directions.
