Responsibilities

• Assist the operations group with safety, quality, and continuous improvement projects.

• Develop PowerPoint presentations that can be used for training.

• Assist with special projects on designated teams.

• Attend and participate in department meetings.

• Perform any other duties established by the Dept Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma

• Currently College Junior/Senior level pursuing Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient computer skills

• Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition

• Flexible schedule and ability to work extra hours as needed

• This position will require a minimum of 20 hours per week
