Zone Project Quality Managers ensure adherence to the Siemens Smart Infrastructure quality management policies and procedures.  This project quality expert is passionate about timely project execution and will ensure the implementation of quality requirements while collaborating with our project management team and customers, at defined quality gates, for projects typically over $1M.

A s a Zone Project Quality Manager, you will:

  • Effectively manage schedulers’ workload and priorities

  • Establish and execute project quality plans to ensure high-quality project outcomes throughout the lifecycle. Conduct project excellence and risk reviews.

  • Ensure adherence to project standards and assess project readiness for the next set of milestones

  • Drive improvements in change order volume and margins. Oversee cashflow planning, conduct cost reviews, and forecast project costs.

  • Develop and meet project closure plans and metrics, fostering an “Always Be Closing” approach. Verify project documentation completeness and workflow standards compliance.

  • Coach and mentor 3-10 direct reports to facilitate team grown and development

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED

  • 5 or more years of successful project management experience running large building automation, energy savings, security, or fire life safety projects

  • 5 or more years of experience in identifying project issues and resolving deficiencies while mentoring the project manager in charge

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations. 20 – 60% required travel.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

  • The pay range for this position is $98,980 - $212,040 with an annual incentive eligibility of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
