Adecco is hiring for an Administrative Staff Assistant in Frankfort, KY. Must have exceptional organizational skills, prior auditing, accounts receivable/payable & eMARS experience, excellent attention to detail, and proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs. This is a long-term opportunity.

Pay rate: $14.50 an hr.-Client is open to negotiating for the right candidate

Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm

Responsibilities / Required Skills:

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Programs

  • Prior accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing experience is preferred

  • High accountability

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Maintain confidential information

  • Prepare correspondence

  • Prior experience with eMARS

  • Verify documents for accuracy

  • Prior audit experience required

  • Read and comprehend detailed contracts

  • Excellent attendance record

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS 265, and Outlook

  • Must be prompt and professional

  • Must have excellent time management

Pay Details: $14.50 per hour
