Job Description:

Crowe's dynamic and entrepreneurial Federal Solutions practice incorporates groundbreaking technology into a creative team-based approach to deliver specialized federal tax consulting to clients ranging from middle market companies to the Fortune 500. The group is currently searching for a Manager to focus primarily on research and development ("R&D") tax credits but may also work in other federal specialty solutions. #remote

As a Energy Efficiency Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop and execute project work plans

To plan and lead projects to certify energy efficient commercial and residential buildings for federal tax incentives.

To complete and oversee building energy efficiency models for both commercial and residential buildings using qualified software per Internal Revenue Code Sections 179D, and 45L

Identify value-added opportunities and work in a team environment to develop business

Exhibit proven leadership and project management skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment to meet and exceed client expectations.

To mentor and develop staff and seniors, including on the job technical training and coaching

Bachelor's degree in engineering At least 4+ years experience in engineering with emphasis in mechanical engineering and building energy efficiency IRS Code Section 179D experience required PE credential required CEM credential preferred Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills Strong data management skills, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships Personal drive to develop self/others and provide leadership insight to the existing leadership team

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,750 to $156,250.
