About the Job As a Junior Account Executive at BILT, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition and account management. We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is early in their sales career, with 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and is eager to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the company’s target sectors to meet or exceed sales targets. Discovery: Disciplined and thorough vetting of prospective clients to determine their needs, pain points, buying groups, desired business outcomes, and suitability for BILT solutions. Sales Funnel Management: Effectively manage leads and opportunities through the CRM system (SFDC), ensuring accurate data entry, regular updates, and timely follow-ups to maintain an organized sales pipeline. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings, and confidently present the benefits of our solutions to potential clients. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the lead generation and nurturing processes. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, providing valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Metrics and Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deal volume, velocity, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technical Sales, or a related field(s) is preferred. 1 to 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the SaaS industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex ideas. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical concepts. A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Familiarity with common office software suites (Google Workspace, MS Office, iWork) and online meeting software (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex) Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, photocopiers, email, and various communication programs. This is not a remote position.
