JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job As a Kronos Engineer, you will be responsible for the advancement of processes, initiatives and strategies supporting Koch\'s Kronos Time & Attendance environments, platforms, and cloud infrastructure. What You Will Do Become an integral part of a global team supporting cloud infrastructure and key HR services. Monitor and support infrastructure for a large global, load-balanced, Kronos environment. Support day-to-day Kronos operations. Maintain system configurations, changes, and updates (e.g., Service Packs and Language Packs) Provide guidance on strategic directions (improvements, fixes, and new projects) Lead and assist with Kronos related projects. Some weekends and after-hours responsibilities for planned and unplanned events. Analyze errors and logs to identify root causes. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experienced with Kronos Administration such as interfaces. Microsoft Windows Server administration experience. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases. What Will Put You Ahead International Kronos support experience. Experienced in maintaining SSL certificates and their renewals. Experience managing IT Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experienced leading projects. Experience with a load balanced, high-availability environments. Experience in managing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
