Position Summary

Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment

Responsibilities

• Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards

• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods

•Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products

•Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis

• Other duties as assigned

Schedule Requirements:

  • This position requires overtime work, working evening and night shift schedules.

  • This position requires working in conditions that mimics outdoor temperatures.

Physical Requirements:

  • Medium physical effort is required to maneuver through out departments; in addition, a considerable amount of standing is necessary.

  • Heavy lifting at times; requirements are up to 70 lbs. on an occasional basis. Lifting requirements range from a height of 3 feet to a possible height of 5 feet.

Compensation & Benefits Offered:

  • Pay: $21.63/hr

  • Weekly Pay

  • Shift Premiums Available

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in a heavy industrial environment or at least 1 year of experience in a physical work environment.

  • At least 2 years of employment stability.
