'

• Identification of potential new suppliers and development partners for applications not covered by today’s supply base in alignment with strategic procurement

• Relationship management with such new suppliers and partners (capability assessments, development agreements, development activities, sourcing of parts for demonstrators and prototypes, etc.)

• Support to develop pipeline for Innovation suppliers for future products with focus on ADAS and electronic components

• Creation of cost estimations and business cases in accordance with cost estimation and purchasing team

• Contribution to the innovation idea pipeline and selection. Investigate alternative solutions based on innovation proposals from our existing suppliers or from the market

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years working experience in Engineering, Purchasing or Sales, preferably in the automotive industry

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or comparable education, preferably with a mechatronic/electronic orientation

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, verbal and written

• Strong English language skills are required

• Understanding of manufacturing processes

• Understanding of business drivers

• Knowledge in quality tools/standards
