The team you will be a part of:

The Finance Operations team reviews, evaluates, develops, implements, maintains and verifies internal and business controls for processes, systems, financial statements, journals and reports in compliance with corporate objectives and government standards such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) or the 8th Company Law Directive. Ensures that documentation for all processes across the organization is reviewed and updated periodically. May coordinate with external auditors to prepare the attestation of management assessment on internal controls.

This role in summary:

  • Deliver non voice based tasks across multiple customer critical processes such as customer queries for US Consumer Services functions.

  • KEY STAKEHOLDERS: NAR consumer services team

  • Shift: 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM IST, 6 PM to 3 AM, 8 PM to 5 AM ( shift will be on need basis )

  • Comfortable to WFH and Office

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling non voice based transactions across processes such as:

  • Emails management including emails filtering and forwarding

  • Updating customer information basis emails

  • Processing customer buybacks and dealer credits

  • Processing “No charge” incentives for selected product categories

  • Process related reporting to On-site team

  • Responding to stakeholder queries

  • Delivering the SLAs and KPIs as defined for process

  • Assisting the team lead in executing lean ideas from time to time

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years

  • Education: Any Bachelor degree

  • Deliver non voice based tasks across multiple customer critical processes such as customer queries for US Consumer Services functions.

Preferred skills and experiences:

  • Describe the desirable background and experiences which will be a plus if the candidate possesses them. We recommend no more than 5 items, and suggest including: Years of experience Education

  • Well versed with Non- Voice back-end customer support processes

  • Good communication skills (both verbal as well as written) since it will involve frequent email interactions with US stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of MS Office /Google suite

  • Working knowledge of SAP & CRM is preferable
